Initial Phone Call: Once we receive your contact form, one of our acquisition specialists will reach out to you to schedule an initial phone call. During this call, we’ll discuss your business in more detail, answer any questions you may have, and determine if we’re a good fit for each other.

Confidentiality Agreement: If we mutually decide to move forward, we’ll send you a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement that outlines how we’ll protect your sensitive information during the process.

Next Steps: Once the NDA is signed, we’ll schedule a time for a discovery call, where we’ll ask more in-depth questions about your business and determine the viability of a sale. After this call, our team will evaluate the information and determine if we can move forward with the process.

Ongoing Communication: Throughout the process, our team will keep you informed of any developments and will work closely with you to ensure that your needs are being met. We pride ourselves on being responsive and respectful of your time and interests.
